Learner Code of Conduct

All users of SankaraiQ are expected to maintain a respectful, safe, and professional learning environment that supports effective learning and collaboration.

Learner Responsibilities

Users shall:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respect fellow learners, instructors, trainers, and staff members
• Follow course guidelines and learning instructions
• Protect account credentials and login information
• Use the platform ethically and responsibly

Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

• Share accounts or login credentials with others
• Plagiarize assignments, projects, or learning submissions
• Upload harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data
• Disrupt learning activities or misuse platform resources

Academic Integrity

Learners must complete assessments, assignments, and evaluations honestly and independently unless collaboration is specifically permitted by the course instructor or Foundation guidelines.

Enforcement

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary actions, including:

• Warning
• Temporary suspension
• Removal from courses or programs
• Certificate cancellation
• Permanent account termination

Sankara Future Skills Foundation reserves the right to take appropriate action based on the severity of the violation. The Foundation's decision shall be final, subject to applicable laws.
